Deputy Gallup started with the Windham County Sheriff's department in 1993. In 1995 Gallup started with the Dover Police department where he is still an officer today. He is a 6 year veteran of the Bellows Falls Police as well as a 7 year veteran of the Massachussets National guard.

Deputy Gallup is an instructor in the expandable baton, PR24, and Taser non-lethal weapons. He is also a Sig Sauer Armorer.
