Law enforcement and traffic enforcement
are vital to small communities who are in need of
primary or complimentary service. The Sheriff's
Department is contracted through various towns to
perform these functions -- rather than bearing the
burden of a full-time police department.
Our Department has an on-duty dispatch, during the
hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM on weekdays and 12:00PM
to 8:30 PM on weekends. We are always willing to
contract with other departments, organizations and
agencies to help you serve better.
